The play
- Find Copilot in Your M365 AppsTo use the Microsoft Copilot Agent, first locate the Copilot icon. It typically appears in the ribbon or sidebar of Microsoft 365 apps like Outlook, Teams, and Word. This is your entry point for all agent-based tasks. Ensure your organization has a Copilot for Microsoft 365 license.
- Triage Your Inbox in OutlookReduce inbox clutter by asking the Microsoft Copilot Agent to summarize and prioritize for you. Open Copilot in Outlook (select 'Summary by Copilot' at the top of your inbox) to get started.
- Prepare for Meetings in TeamsGet up to speed instantly. During or after a meeting in Microsoft Teams, open the Copilot pane to ask for summaries, decisions, and action items. This works on meetings you missed, as long as transcription was enabled.
- Build a Cross-App AutomationThe true power of the Microsoft Copilot Agent is automating workflows. Go to Microsoft Power Automate and use the 'Create with Copilot' feature to describe a workflow in plain English. The agent will build the flow for you.
